The handlebar, just like most electric scooters, is adjustable. 

Foldable:

The Qiewa Qmini electric scooter is not just highly portable. It is also super easy to fold. When folded, you can easily fit two (or maybe even more) in the trunk of a compact car.

Aside from the optional seat, there is really nothing to assemble with the Qmini. You only need to unfold the main shaft and handlebars, and you are ready to go. Tires & Braking System

The Qmini is among those compact electric scooters that provide a consistent, smooth ride because of its shock absorber system. However, that is not the only thing giving you a smooth ride. It also has a decent max range of 38 miles and a top speed of 37 mph on a single charge. You also will not believe how smooth a ride it gives, especially with its front shock and 45-degree dual rear shock. The anti-theft design is also a good touch. 

However, the charging time of 8 to 12 hours is pretty long. The drum brakes are also not the best, but they are reliable enough. It is also a bit pricey. With these downsides, do we think that it is still a good buy? Absolutely! Although it is more expensive than many other electric scooters, it is worth every penny.
